Estimate
- 5 JR CS trained and bringing in consistent profits, not just 5 CS hired.
- Facebook profit of at least €50k/month.
- At least €150k total company campaign profit in the month.
- Ravi/Chandra engine bringing in at least €15k/month.
- New machine contribution approved internally.
New machine contribution means Roy materially helped build something repeatable that makes the company less dependent on the old copy-paste stack or on Koen/Ivo daily input.
Examples: new creative formats, new profitable traffic source, new CS workflow or training system, new Ravi/Chandra engine structure, repeatable angle framework, or new winner type outside the copy-paste stack.
Facebook can count as new machine contribution, but only if Roy materially helped build the repeatable system behind it. Facebook profit alone does not automatically approve the KPI boost.
The KPI boost is a top-up target, not an extra percentage. It is not automatic and only applies after internal review.
